Lân Nguyen

Lân Nguyen is the Managing Partner responsible for all aspects of the firm's business. Prior to founding Anvil in 2007, he spent 15 years as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, Wasserstein Perella and Houlihan Lokey where he was head of its Technology Investment Banking group on the East Coast and a leader in the firm's technology valuation practice. Lân has held senior positions in Capital Markets (raising debt and equity capital for public and private companies) and Equity Derivatives (structuring financial products and covering hedge funds). He is a graduate of the Wharton School (Pennsylvania) and the Anderson School (UCLA).

Lorrie Petrucci

Lorrie Petrucci is a Managing Director at Anvil Advisors where she leads the financial reporting valuation practice. She has a diverse background in accounting and finance stretching across a number of industries including Media and Entertainment, Technology, Manufacturing, Insurance and Real Estate. Lorrie started her career with Arthur Andersen as an auditor, moved on to AIG, and was subsequently the VP of Finance for several high‐growth, private software companies in New York City. Lorrie holds a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.

Kevin Crowley

Kevin Crowley has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. As Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in New York and Tokyo, he advised numerous companies on M&A transactions related to acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, and rendered fairness opinions on a host of complicated cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he was a banker in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate Finance Group working with clients on cross-border transactions in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.  He currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University where he teaches M&A and Private Equity courses. Kevin holds a BBA degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Ezana Bocresion

Ezana Bocresion has over 30 years of experience in financial services. In his lengthy career he has run his own Merchant Banking firm, started and sold a private equity firm, co-founded a Boutique Investment Bank in New York, held senior positions in Investment Banking at Bank of America (formerly Merrill Lynch) and J.P. Morgan. Prior to that he worked in Public Accounting at KPMG and Laventhol and Horwath. Ezana is an active  investor in fintech companies with several successful exits. Ezana holds a BSBA degree from Boston University and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.

Christopher Owen

Christopher Owen has extensive finance and investment experience over a 20-year career on both the buy- and sell-side. At Plaisance Capital and Janus Capital, where he was part of a Lipper award-winning mutual fund, he was responsible for selecting and managing large equity positions in accordance with a valuation-centric investment framework. Prior to that, Chris was a buy-side Senior Equity Analyst at Neuberger Berman and Northern Trust, and sell-side Equity Research Analyst at ABN AMRO and ThinkEquity Partners. Chris holds a B.A. from Stanford University, a M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Kristene Moore

Kristene Moore is Manager of Operations at Anvil Advisors. Prior to taking on her current role, she managed government grant funds for various Universities in NY. Kristene holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Binghamton University.

Frasher Ulaj

Frasher Ulaj leads the Portfolio Valuation practice at Anvil. He began his career at Anvil Advisors and recently rejoined the firm from GCM Grosvenor, a global alternative assessment management firm. At GCM Grosvenor, Frasher focused primarily on activities related to financial reporting valuation across the firm’s private equity, real estate, infrastructure and hedge fund investment strategies. Frasher holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
